New Franklin Cares The New Franklin Cares food pantry and community betterment center was created to help those in need of food and education. We do require a valid ID.

We're a food pantry that usually distributes food the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 4-6 pm. We do have a free store for the people to shop that pickup. We allow anyone who is needing food to pickup no matter where you live. We usually cover Howard, Cooper, Boone and Pettis County on a regular basis. We like to make your experience easy going . We like to do free drawings the day of distri

bution. Our mission is to make sure no house is without food!! We try to constantly strive to better what the people need and want. We're a nonprofit organization and run by volunteers. We're always looking for more volunteers!!

Tomorrow August 24th 4:30- 6pm we will have mobile distribution. Please make sure you are signed up and have your proxy if picking up for someone else. Volunteers please arrive by 3:10. Volunteers always needed. Thank you!

For distribution August 24th we will have the mobile pantry. For the ones that are signed up and pickup for other people please make sure to have a signed proxy for the person you are picking up for ( note allowing the person to pickup the food and signed) we will need this in order for the person picking up the food. Thank you!!

We have some good news. The mobile food truck will be coming the 2nd distribution of each month to help provide more fresh produce to hand out for the rest of the year! Please make sure to be signed up on the list to beable to receive food.

ATTENTION VOLUNTEERS!! I know the temperature is hot outside but we still need to provide food to sr housing. We are needing volunteers to help with distribution tomorrow July 27th to sr housing so we can get it done quickly so we're not stuck in the heat!! If you can volunteer please do.
