Thank you to our Manchester High School coaches & players for working with the youth players!!!

Thank you to Manchester Youth Baseball/Softball League (MYBSL) for hosting this year's youth camp. Thank you to our coaching staff and players for helping to shape the future of Manchester baseball, and lastly, thank you to the parents for bringing your future Panthers. As a community, we will continue to build this program together. There's a lot of talent in these boys. We're excited to watch them continue to develop and see them play at this level someday.

⭐️ COACHES & PARENTS ⭐️

When a child - whether they are 7 or 17 - shuts down, cries, freezes, or looks to the sideline after a mistake ………
it’s rarely about attitude.

In youth sports, behavior is often a nervous system communicating:
“This feels hard right now.”

Kids aren’t being dramatic.
✨ They’re trying to manage big emotions with developing brains. ✨

The question isn’t:
“What’s wrong with them?”

It’s:
“What skill do they need support building?”

That shift changes everything 🎉

When we support mental fitness skills like physical skills confidence, performance, and self- trust improves too

These years fly by!!! Make sure you enjoy & cherish them in the midst of the chaos!! ⚾️🥎👧🏻👦🏼

In 2026, I’ll buy the cleats.
The new bat.
The glove that takes forever to break in.

I’ll drive to practices and weekend games,
sit out in the sun all day, &
watch hard earned plays.

I’ll cheer just as loud after a tough loss
as I do after a win.
Because effort matters.

I’ll pack snacks, wash muddy uniforms late at night,
make sure everything’s ready by morning,
and show up every time.

Because one day, these seasons end.
And I already know I’ll miss the car rides,
the nerves before the game,
and the pride of watching you play.

This season doesn’t last forever. So, I’ll be there for all of it. ⚾️❤️
