πŸŽ„πŸ§₯ Spreading Warmth in Aiken County πŸ’™

This past weekend in New Ellenton, during the community Christmas Parade, Mr. Odom alongside Coach-O, a nonprofit organization made up of Aiken County community members dedicated to helping others, stepped up in a powerful way.

Together, they distributed coats to families in need in support of the Warming the Carolinas Initiative, ensuring children and families could stay warm while celebrating the holiday season.

This is a beautiful example of what happens when local leaders and community organizations come together with a shared purpose, meeting real needs and strengthening communities from the inside out.

πŸ§₯ We are still collecting new and gently worn coats, because the need continues well beyond the holidays.

Thank you to Mr. Odom for helping us Warm the Carolinas, one county, one community, and one coat at a time.πŸ’™

πŸŽ„πŸ§₯ Community, Unity & Warmth in Action πŸ’™

FREEMAN HILL LODGE #628 recently hosted their 3rd Annual Christmas Unity for the Community in Cayce, bringing joy to children and families through a festive program that included a warm meal, holiday activities, and gifts for the kids.

This year, the impact went even further as coats and winter wear were distributed in support of the Warming the Carolinas Initiative, helping ensure families in Lexington County, one of our key areas of expansion, are prepared for the colder months ahead.

Moments like this show the power of collaboration, service, and community care, especially when organizations come together to meet real needs with love and intention.

πŸ§₯ We are still collecting new and gently worn coats and winter wear as the need continues across our communities.

Thank you to Freeman Hill Lodge for their continued commitment to uplifting our youth and families. Together, we are truly Warming the Carolinas one community, one county, and one coat at a time.πŸ’™

πŸ’™πŸ§₯ What a Way to End a Great Week! πŸ’›

We closed out the week by delivering coats to Burton-Pack Elementary School in Richland County, the home of our Warming the Carolinas Initiative.

This delivery marks an exciting milestone as Burton-Pack Elementary becomes the fifth school we’ve supported this season, helping ensure students have the warmth, dignity, and care they deserve.

Serving Richland County is especially meaningful, as this is where Warming the Carolinas began, and we’re proud to see the mission continuing to grow and make an impact.

πŸ§₯ We are still collecting new and gently worn coats, because the need continues across our communities.

Our beloved consultant, mentor, and friend has gained her wings. She was more than just a part of our journey, she was a guiding light.

She believed in our mission even when the vision was still forming. She challenged us, stretched us, and helped us grow our giving in ways we never imagined possible. Because of her wisdom, strategy, and heart for service, countless lives have been touched and changed forever.

Her fingerprints will remain on every life we serve, every coat we give away, every child we uplift, and every community we impact. Her legacy lives on through the work she poured into us and the purpose she helped refine.

While our hearts are broken, we are forever grateful for the gift of her life, her leadership, and her love. Please keep her family in your prayers during this unimaginably difficult time.

Rest well, our angel. Your work here is complete, but your impact will never fade. πŸ’™πŸ™πŸ½
