Day 4 of AirVenture is in the books and Day 5 of AirVenture is beginning as we speak. Unfortunately for me we are beginning our trek back to Pennsylvania. Members of EAA Chapter 122 will still be onsite throughout the weekend.

There is another chapter meetup today at 11am at the Brown Arch for a group photo, and tonight at 5:30 at SOS Brothers for Food and Drinks. If you see a Chapter 122 member, feel free to stop us and inquire about our chapter.

There was some heavy rain on the grounds last evening, so be careful if you are heading out to OSH.

Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their time at OSH, whether you are here for the latter part of the week or are spending the entire week there.

Day 3 of AirVenture is in the books, along with the first of two night airshows. Day 4, and unfortunately for me our last day at AirVenture is about to begin.

Today is supposed to be HOT with temperatures around 93 degrees and heat index near 100, so be careful and stay hydrated.

Members of Chapter 122 will be here through the weekend, but my time is quickly coming to a close. They say post-Oshkosh blues are a real thing and I think I'm already feeling it. I will tell you that the night airshow was INCREDIBLE. It is definitely a must to catch at least one of the night airshows, on Wednesday or Saturday, while at AirVenture.

Day Two of AirVenture is in the books and day 3 is about to begin. Calling for strong storms in OSH this morning, so be careful if you are camping in Scholler or near to OSH. Personally we are taking a little break from the heat this morning but we’ll be there for the evening air show. They have evening air shows Wednesday and Saturday, so you don’t want to. Miss it if possible.

Day one of AirVenture is in the books, and day two is about to begin. Hope everyone had a great first day of AirVenture. Personally I had an amazing day and as a first timer i’m in awe of how big the show really is.

EAA AirVenture 2023 begins today! Members of EAA Chapter 122 will be here throughout the week. Local media in Green Bay is already covering the event. NBC 26 in Green Bay is live-streaming their news this morning on location at AirVenture.
