I would like to thank everyone who came out tonight and brought insight, opinions, and fellowship to our community. I appreciate your time and efforts and I'm excited for 2026. I'll see you all at the next meeting!

Update for all attendees: parking is in the rear of the church and the dining area is in the basement. There is an elevator that will lead you right to the basement

Don't forget about tonight's annual meeting! We're discussing 2025 and the big projects we have on deck for 2026, including CHANGES to our declaration (rules). We're serving pasta and garlic bread along with cookies! 6:30- 8

I would like to broadly approach an issue that was called out earlier. You all may have gotten an email from Bella Saylor that encouraged everyone to submit an AVR request for external changes to your homes. This does not supersede our normal declaration or by-laws about outside home changes or additions. Our board has always stood by the K.i.s.s. method. We will not fine anyone for changing shrubbery, or painting doors. Bella misspoke, and we will address these concerns with her upon our next board meeting. I understand that this caused confusion and misunderstandings but nothing has changed with our rules as a community. I hope everyone has a great evening!

Hello all,

We understand everyone is receiving notifications from our old company (Buildium). We ask that you just ignore those notifications. We were required to keep this product until the end of this month due to transferring all data and accounts. The company assured us that all notifications were turned off. Obviously they were wrong.

After tomorrow this should no longer be an issue as it will all be cancelled and closed. Please just continue to listen to the Inch and Company notifications and messages only.

If if you have any questions reach out thr Braeden Harris, our account manager with Inch and Company.

Thanks for everyones understanding as we continue the process of moving to being managed by a management company instead of self managed.

The Fairview Ridge HOA board is looking for interested homeowners to be involved in two committees.

We would like to have a committee to put together a ”New homeowner welcome packet”. We want this to be a packet of helpful information that we give to all new homeowners as they move in to Fairview Ridge.

We would also like to have a committee for storm water management. You do not need to have prior knowledge of stormwater management practices because we have a committee leader already picked who can lead you. This committee would help make recommendations to the board on how to stay with best practices for our stormwater management.

Anyone interested in either committee please email us a [email protected].
