We just harvested these beautiful heads of lettuce, and I have to say—this might be the best-tasting crop of the season! Crisp, fresh, and straight from our fields to you.

There’s just something different about lettuce that was growing in the soil this morning. 💚 Stop by the farm market and grab a head while they’re fresh!

We know so many of you have been patiently waiting for our lettuce to be ready for harvest, but the wait is finally over!
Our Buttercrunch lettuce is now available at the market.

Farm crew headed out to the North Field first thing yesterday morning to harvest these gorgeous, fan-shaped rosettes. This Bibb-style lettuce forms a small, tightly bunched 6" rosette with tender, crisp leaves—and it’s grown right here at Cropsey Farm using organic practices. 💚
Good things take time… and this one was worth the wait.

Keep an eye out in the market for our arugula as well, arugula is on the schedule for todays harvest!

Our October Farm-to-Table Dinner with Chef Tara Ciannella is coming up, and we’re getting close to a full house.

On Thursday, October 15th at 6:00 PM, come enjoy a beautiful fall evening at Cropsey Community Farm with Chef Tara of Tara’s Italian Cucina - featured on Hell’s Kitchen and a longtime favorite here at the farm.

You know what’s better than a night of w**e and charcuterie?

On Thursday, October 8, we’re getting crafty at the farm with Resin By Bailey for a Resin Board Charcuterie Workshop - and there are only a handful of tickets left.

You’ll pour, design and create your very own one-of-a-kind resin charcuterie board while learning the tricks of working with resin. And the best part? You get to design it your way. No two boards will be exactly alike.

And while you’re busy creating your masterpiece, we’ll take care of the important stuff:

What more can we say other than… THANK YOU!

We had the most wonderful celebration of community at our annual Twilight Dinner last Friday. It was an evening filled with incredible food, beautiful music, and so much gratitude.

We were honored to recognize members of our community who went the extra mile this year to preserve farmland, volunteer their time, and support our mission of educating future generations about caring for the land and tending to the earth.

As a small team of farmers and educators, we’re incredibly grateful to be a place where our community can come together to learn, grow, and connect. From workshops and volunteer days to farm events and educational programs, none of it would be possible without you.

Thank you for showing up, pitching in, and believing in what we’re growing together.
