A Presidential Convening on Unity and Progress

On Tuesday, July 28, at 1:30 p.m., national presidents representing seven of the Divine Nine organizations will gather during the National Bar Association’s 101st Annual Convention for a conversation on leadership, collaboration, and the future of our communities.

Dear Family, Friends, Community Partners, and Supporters,

Due to the forecast of inclement weather, the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Rockland County's "Cookout for a Cause," originally scheduled for Saturday, July 18, 2026, has been postponed.

The safety and well-being of our attendees, volunteers, vendors, and community are our highest priorities. While we are disappointed that we won't be able to gather as planned, we are committed to ensuring this event takes place under safer and more enjoyable conditions.

We are actively working to secure a new date and will share the updated event details as soon as they are finalized.

We sincerely thank everyone who committed to attending, volunteering, donating food, and contributing school supplies to benefit the Martin Luther King Center. Your generosity and support are what make events like this possible, and we truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

Please continue to follow our social media channels and watch your email for the announcement of the new event date.

We look forward to coming together soon for a day of fellowship, great food, music, and service to our community.
