The primary aim is to bring together scientists from all areas of knowledge and other countries for defense of world peace, human rights and human developments, avoiding any kind of terrorism, physical or psychological. Each ambassador will receive diploma and official credentials. With the title of H.E. Honorary Ambassador, or from where they exercises their Diplomatic Services to promote the world peace among the nations or even in acts promoting science and research in companies that do not have more conditions of developing scientific projects. 1- Noble Order of Human Excellence is an ONG for an indefinite period of time. 2- The Noble Order of Human Excellence approves the establishment of the international cooperation with democracy, human rights, security, science, culture, and development. 3- Promoting seminars, meetings, conventions, scientific exchange, raising funds from public or private institutions, promoting cultural events, publications in many areas of interests, and honor the person who has distinction in the world. 4- Projects and activity to protect into the nature (ocean's preservation, for example). 5- Implemented protocols to prevent crimes, national or international. 6- With the General Council for Diplomatic Relations, the Noble Order is committed to effectively cultivating relations, as well is possible, relevant services in the world and stakeholders with utmost integrity and efficiency. 7- Promotes protection and prevention into women and children, concerning their human rights and denounce gross crimes. 8- Participate into the Humanitarian Missions. 9- Inter-Religious co-operations in the world for other associations. 10- Promotes every activities according into the implementation of human rights with ONU and other entities. 11- Actions to eliminate poverty, programs and international cooperation to eliminate hunger or any form of human degradation. 12- Making strategic acts to realize those fully objectives, avoiding to any kind of violence.
