The 21 Century provides humanity with an opportunity to turn a new page and drastically change course, thus altering destiny. There is a Scripture, which sets the precedent for altering destiny. The book of Jonah in the Old Testament, told in four chapters about the City of Nineveh, Quoting Chapter 4, verses 10 and 11:
Then said the Lord, "Thou hast had pity on the gourd, for the which thou hast not labored, neither madest it grow; which came up in the night, and perished in a night: And should not I spare Nineveh, that great city, wherein are more than six score thousand persons that cannot discern between their right hand and their left hand; and also much cattle? "
The message is that the Creator of us all is observing our every action; and all our decisions have consequences. In all deliberations on this issue, we must acknowledge the presence of the Almighty Creator with us, so as to welcome the input of our Creator.

Protectorate of the Sovereignty of We, the Black Peoples of the World – International in Scope. Owner and Administrator of the Shashemane Land Grant in Ethiopia, given by His and Her Imperial Majesties, Emperor Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen Asfaw for the Repatriation of the Children of Africans/Ethiopians who were kidnapped and enslaved in the Diaspora by foreign nations.
HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY, EMPEROR HAILE SELASSIE I, and HER IMPERIAL MAJESTY, EMPRESS WOIZERO MENEN ASFAW Ordained the Ethiopian World Federation, Inc. with a Constitution for Africans/Ethiopians at home and abroad. The EWF, Inc. was established and incorporated in New York in 1937 by Dr. Malaku Bayen and citizens of Harlem who were raising funds to help Ethiopia during the Italian invasion which lasted from 1935 – 1941.

Local No.1, Inc., is the First Consitution Local Unit Established, Ordain with a Sovereign Charter, September 3rd, 1937.

We are a Members "Social, Education and Economic Community Development Corporation; whose Memberahip comprises ONLY " The Black Peoples of the World."

We are Registered with the New York State Attorney General and the Governments of the World through "a Certified Headquarters and Elected International Council, they who is Elect by the "Global Membership which comprises Locals Members from around the World. To obtain Membership, a person/Individuals MUST attend a Regular Memberahip Meeting twice per month.

We have come together to assert our role in the direction of world affairs and to discharge our duty to the great continent whose 250 million people we lead. Africa is today at midcourse, in transition from the Africa of Yesterday to the Africa of Tomorrow. Even as we stand here, we move from the past into the future. The task on which we have embarked, the making of Africa, will not wait. We must act, to shape and mould the future and leave our imprint on events as they slip past into history.

Malaku Emmanuel Bayen, an Ethiopian Activist and is known as the founder of The Ethiopian World Federation Inc. Together with Emperor Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia. He was also the Emperor personal Physician during the second Italo- Ethiopia war in 1935.
