As we move into fall, don't forget that ICAP has a weatherization program to assist families make their homes more efficient and reduce energy usages/and expenses.

ICAP’s Weatherization Department currently serves eligible clients in 11 counties: Delaware, Blackford, Jay, Randolph, Wayne, Fayette, Henry, Hancock, Rush, Johnson, and Shelby.

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) enables low-income families to reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient. Funds are used to improve the energy performance of dwellings families in need. ICAPs goal is to lower your energy loss and appliances to a safe, working order and extend the life of the appliance where possible.

Interlocal Community Action Program (ICAP) is pleased to announce Jennie Harvey as our new Executive Director!
Jennie brings a strong commitment to serving our communities and supporting ICAP’s mission of helping individuals and families build stronger, more self-sufficient futures. As she steps into this leadership role, she looks forward to working alongside ICAP’s dedicated staff, community partners, and the people we serve throughout our communities.
We are excited for this next chapter at ICAP and the opportunities ahead under Jennie’s leadership.
