Today was a very special day for the Mariposa Foundation. Once again this year, we had the honor in Jordan’s memory to present 4 Mohawk seniors with $1000 scholarships. The recipients were chosen from a group of applicants based on their written essay titled “what was the most difficult time in your life? How did your perspective on life change as a result of the difficulty?” Congratulations to this years recipients, Ava Price, Giovanna Pisciuneri, Jeri Bucci, and Scotty McConnell. Good luck to all of you in your future college endeavors.

We had a great time at our 2nd Annual Corn Hole Tournament! Big shout out to Jon and Melinda Liberati for all their help making our event so successful.

Big THANK YOU to everyone who participated. We couldn’t do it without you all! We enjoyed watching all of the competition. Hope to see you back next year.

We are fastly approaching our Corn Hole Tournament. If you haven’t registered please register ASAP, you will pay at the event. We are trying to finalize the count for food. This years menu is:

Pulled Pork
Meatballs
Mac and Cheese
Coleslaw
Pasta Salad
Veggie Tray and
Desserts
$10 Spectator Fee - Includes Food

Hey all, we are planning for our 2nd annual Co****le Tournament. We had a good turnout last year and are looking forward to a bigger turnout this year.

Date: Saturday, April 4th

Location: Center VFW Post 1821
144 Bunker Hill Road, Aliquippa

Time: Registration starts at 12:00 - Bags Fly at 1:00

Cost: $60 per team - REGISTER ON SCOREHOLIO - LINK PROVIDED. (You will have to download the APP) PAY THE DAY OF AT REGISTRATION
