Whether it’s answering emergency calls, transporting students safely, maintaining clean neighborhoods and water systems, or providing care to those in need, public service workers are at the heart of strong communities.

Their dedication does not go unnoticed. They deserve appreciation, respect, and fair treatment for the work they do. This week, we express our sincere thanks to those who serve others, and we remain committed to supporting and strengthening the public services our communities depend on.

Local 1102 is proud to present our Inaugural 'The City is Mine' Black Tie Gala!! On this night we will be acknowledging the employees and businesses that keep Wilmington thriving.
The ticket purchase includes your entry into the event, a formal dinner, and a premium open bar for the duration of the event.
