Join us for a fun, FREE day focused on helping older adults live well, stay active, and stay connected!

⏰ 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
📍 Preston-Chambers Y-Zone | 428 Eleanor Dr., New Castle

Throughout the day, you can explore health, wellness, and lifestyle resources from local vendors, plus try out some of the great activities available right here at the Y — including SilverSneakers, Walk 15, Line Dancing, and a Pickleball Demo! 🙌

Healthy Seniors Day is made possible through the support and partnership of some wonderful community organizations, including the Lawrence County YMCA, Sechler Law Firm, Disability Options Network, WeCare Centers, Cornerstone Caregiving, LIFE Lawrence County, and Seniors For Safe Driving. 💙

We’re grateful to have so many organizations coming together to connect our seniors with resources, activities, and information that can help them continue living healthy, active lives.

We’ve made a small change to our upcoming Flag Football season schedule!

📅 Practices will now begin the week of September 7
🏟️ Games will begin Saturday, September 19

Our NFL FLAG program is designed especially for ages 5–11 and is a great place for young beginners to learn the game, build confidence, make friends, and have FUN — no experience needed and no contact!
