Join the Arise Lawrence County Board of Directors
Make a lasting difference in the lives of survivors and our community.
Arise Lawrence County is seeking dedicated community leaders to serve on our Board of Directors. Board members provide strategic leadership, financial oversight, and governance to help advance our mission of supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other forms of abuse.
Board members help us:
- Guide the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term strategic direction.
- Provide financial stewardship and ensure responsible organizational governance.
- Support fundraising, community engagement, and resource development.
- Advocate for survivors and serve as ambassadors for Arise throughout Lawrence County.
- Strengthen community partnerships and help ensure programs meet the needs of those we serve.
Who we're looking for: Individuals who are passionate about our mission, bring diverse skills and perspectives, and are willing to dedicate their time, expertise, and leadership to making a difference. Board service includes attending meetings, serving on committees, participating in organizational activities, and supporting the agency’s continued growth and sustainability.
