✨️When we began this journey our goal was to bring awareness and help support nonprofits in Henry County. After 4 years of collectively giving back over $90,000 to the community, we feel we have accomplished that goal. 👏

✨️Due to waning participation, which we understand due to changing life circumstances, we feel it is time for a happy ending to 100 Women. This has not been an easy decision, and one that has taken a lot of thought and discussion with our volunteers.

✨️We hope that everyone continues to support,volunteer and raise awareness for nonprofits and other organizations working hard to support Henry County.

❤️Thank you to those who have participated and been avid supporters of 100 Women, it has been an amazing journey.

✨️Henry County Second Wind Dreams, Inc.⬇️⬇️

We are just a few days away from our annual Indoor Yard Sale!! We have received an amazing amount of donations and it looks to be the largest yard sale we have ever held. We will be at Twin Oaks Assisted Living in New Castle. The sale begins Friday, March 20, 8 AM until 4 PM, and Saturday, March 21, 8 AM until noon. All proceeds go to activities for senior citizens residing in or participating in four facilities in Henry County: New Castle Nursing and Rehab, Twin Oaks Assisted Living, The Senior Center, and Cedar Lake Park Place. We will have furniture, household goods, lots of books, holiday items, decorative items, small construction type items, small tools, some excellent exercise equipment, and lots more neat items. And remember we price to sell! Come find some treasures and support us in blessing these folks who have been part of our community for a long time. Please share the details and we hope to see you there!!

It’s time to gear up for our biggest fundraiser, the Second Wind Dreams Annual Indoor Yard Sale and we need your help!! We are ready to start taking donations which may be droppd off at Twin Oaks Assisted Living now through March 19th! (Kindly no clothing donations please). It is a great time to start your spring cleaning and help raise funds for some awesome dreams! When stopping by, ask for Marilyn and she will know what to do with your donated items!! Please share that the Yard Sale will take place at Twin Oaks on March 20 and 21! We will continue to post reminders with times so you don’t forget!! Thanks for helping us make dreams come true!! 🎉

🥳Happy 2026!!!

✨️The next 100 Women Who Care, Henry County meeting will be in April (Date TBD).

🥰We are looking forward to another WONDERFUL year and collectively giving back to the community.

▪️We will be doing a monthly spotlight on a Henry County non-profit organization this year, we want to help continuing to spread the word about the organizations that are working hard to give back to the community.

✔️We are taking nominations now for the April meeting. If you need a nomination form let us know. ▪️You must be a current member to nominate an organization▪️

💥Reminder: We are not doing grapevine payments in 2026, if you are signed up for reoccurring automatic payments make sure to stop those.

💜We look forward to seeing ALL of you in April.

Happy New Year everyone!! 🥳 We are excited about upcoming milestones, activities and dreams for Henry County Second Wind Dreams in 2026!! One of our biggest funding sources to provide dreams comes from our annual yard sale each March. If you are cleaning house and have items you no longer need or want, please consider donating them to our yard sale! Start a box or pile and save for us in March! Below are the dates so mark your calendars and be prepared. We will be celebrating our 1,000th dream provided in 2026 and would love for you to be a part of our mission!
