🌱 Planting for Wellness & Hope

Planting a plant symbolizes growth, healing, hope, and recovery. Just as a plant needs care and nurturing, so do we.

For some, it may represent a loved one we remember; for others, a new beginning or their own journey of recovery.

May this plant remind us to nurture ourselves, support one another, and always make room for new growth.

Basic first aid becomes monumental in an emergency. Just like cardiac arrest or a choking incident, overdoses can happen without warning. Being prepared, by knowing CPR or carrying Narcan, means you can respond in an instant.
