New Castle County Hope Center, Inc. The Mission of the New Castle County Hope Center is to house and support adults & families experiencing homelessness during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

The Hope Center, Inc. is a non-profit foundation created to provide financial support to the Hope Center. People experiencing homelessness should contact the Division of State Service Centers at 1 866-843-7212 or by visiting any State Service Center location in Delaware. We do not accept clothing but refer all clothing donations to the Friendship House Clothing Bank. Their website is: https://www.

Robyn Yerian turned her 401k into a tiny-home community for women 60 and up after realizing her own savings wouldn't cover retirement. Rent starts at $450 a month and includes shared gardens, an outdoor kitchen, and neighbors who check on each other after surgery. When one unit opened, 500 women applied for the single spot. Should affordable housing like this be something communities build on purpose, or is one person doing it herself the best we can hope for?

Today, on National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day, Phoenix Family Resources stands with every family, friend, and community impacted by fentanyl.

Prevention starts with education, compassion, and access to lifesaving resources. We will continue meeting people where they are, reducing stigma, providing Narcan education and harm reduction support, and helping connect individuals and families to the resources they need.
