SEVERE WINTER WEATHER ALERT - PREPARE NOW!

Severe winter cold weather is on the way, and a hard freeze is expected across Texas this weekend.

Constable Mark Herman urges residents to prepare their homes and families for the upcoming cold temperatures.

A strong cold front will move through late Friday into Saturday, bringing the coldest temperatures of the season so far and creating the potential for significant winter weather impacts.

Take action now:

Charge electronic devices and backup batteries

Gather essential supplies

Protect pets, plants, and pipes

Check on elderly or vulnerable neighbors

Preparation now can help prevent emergencies later. Stay weather-aware and take precautions to stay safe.

AABY Foundation had, fantastic turnout with over six hundred pets, coming to get vaccinated and microchipped on 12/7/25

Unfortunately, we have two that were microchipped and we do not have enough info.

We are looking for ANTONIO VASQUEZ has a dog lexi and GISELLE SANTIN has a dog Arlo.

Dec 13th is our last Seniors Pet Pantry for 2025 . Our friends with Active Paws Rescue will be joining us at this event and we hope to provide plenty of food , treats and other goodies .

We are hoping our wonderful supporters might help is make this a very Merry Christmas for many dear pets . If you can donate for this event we would so appreciate it ! ( please notice earlier start time! )

Folks . We have spay / neuter dates still available on Jan 9 and Jan 23rd. We are booking them now for Montgomery County residents. The rates in Jan are $70 for dogs and $50 for cats . In February due to increased vetting costs we will need to charge $80 and $60 . I think many of you know that this is very low in comparison to many vet rates . We are still subsidizing the costs to help out our participants .

Call our hotline , speak with our volunteer and she will explain the process .
Do this for your pets . They will have healthier lives .
Do this for yourself . Having litters of puppies and kittens is costly and finding suitable homes for them is difficult .r

SAVE THE DATE: This coming Sunday December 7th from 12noon to 4pm, at A.V. Bull Salles Park in New Caney. AABY Foundation will be having a Low Cost Pet Vaccines. Thanks to Three little Pitties and PetCo Love for sponsoring The doggie DHPP and cat FVCP vaccine are being given for free. First come first serve. Open to the public.
