FESTIVAL UPDATE

The iRock Jazz Festival has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 10, and will now join the Beach Glass Brew Festival for one incredible day in downtown New Buffalo.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change. Lions Park has presented a number of challenges this season, and after careful consideration, we believe bringing everything together on Whittaker Street will create a better overall festival experience for our guests, participating businesses, vendors, and community.

We’re looking forward to a great day featuring live jazz, craft brews, food, entertainment, and the energy of downtown New Buffalo.

This move also reflects our vision for October 10 and beyond. creating vibrant downtown experiences that connect our festivals with local businesses and the community.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and continued support. We look forward to seeing everyone on Whittaker Street on October 10.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported the Ship & Shore Blues Festival!

This year has certainly been a roller coaster when it comes to the weather, but that hasn’t stopped us from bringing live music and great experiences to our community.

Saturday was incredible. We had some amazing artists take the stage and a wonderful crowd that came out to support the festival. Unfortunately, as has been the story of our season, Mother Nature had other plans and the rain eventually brought the festivities to an early end.

But our spirit has NOT been broken!

We’re continuing forward with live music, great food, great entertainment, and more opportunities to bring our community together.

Thank you to our musicians, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and especially everyone who came out and supported us. Your support means more than you know.

We’re not done yet. The music continues, and we look forward to seeing you at the next one!

We’re starting Sunday with a local favorite! The Newports, from nearby Three Oaks, take the stage at 2 PM to kick off Day Two of the Ship & Shore Blues & Soul Festival!

DAY TWO IS READY TO BRING IT HOME!

After an incredible first day of the Ship & Shore Blues & Soul Festival, we’re back today with another outstanding lineup!

We kick things off with a local favorite from Three Oaks, The Newports, bringing their mix of blues, rock and soul.

Then Head Honchos take the stage and turn up the energy.

And closing out the 2026 Ship & Shore Blues & Soul Festival, Mandalyn and the Hunters bring it home!

Great live music. Great food trucks. Cold drinks. A beautiful Sunday in New Buffalo.

Bring your lawn chairs, bring your friends and come spend Day Two with us at Lions Park, directly across from the New Buffalo City Beach.

Join us TODAY at Lions Park for an incredible day of live music, great food and community along the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline.

The festival starts at NOON and the music keeps going until 10 PM!

Get there early. Stay late. BRING A CHAIR and make a day of it!

Heading to the beach? No problem! Enjoy the beach, bring your chair over and join us for the festival.

Parking in New Buffalo? Bring your same day paid parking receipt or Passport Parking confirmation and use it for festival entry.

In 2026, we’re proud to reimagine that tradition as the Ship & Shore Blues & Soul Festival.

While the music may have a new sound, the heart of Ship & Shore remains the same. Community, family, friendship and togetherness.
