Nonprofit Leaders: Help Shape Future Training Opportunities in Southwestern Berrien County.

The Pokagon Fund is seeking input from nonprofit board members, executive directors, staff, and other nonprofit leaders to help identify the training and professional development topics that would be most valuable to organizations serving our region.

As you complete the survey, consider issues your board keeps coming back to, areas where staff could benefit from additional skills or knowledge, strategic priorities that have been difficult to advance, operational challenges that continue to resist easy solutions, or topics that have prompted discussions such as, “We need to learn more about _____.”

Your feedback will help guide future leadership, governance, and capacity-building training opportunities for local nonprofits.

The future of our region is a shared responsibility. Cornerstone Alliance is undertaking a comprehensive strategic planning process to define our priorities and guide our work in the years ahead, and it starts with you.

As the region’s economic development organization, we have a responsibility to continually assess the needs and opportunities facing our businesses, communities, and economy, and ensure our efforts are focused where we can make the greatest impact.

Through research, stakeholder engagement, and community input, we’ll identify opportunities, establish strategic priorities, and develop an actionable roadmap for the future. Berrien County residents, businesses, investors, and partners are all invited to participate.
