Our strictly volunteer organization seeks to provide science and experience-based information on horse care and resources to the NJ equine community, recreational owner and enthusiasts. Goals and Objectives:
• NJHI will create networking opportunities for equine professionals, recreational owners and enthusiasts.
• Regional (County) NJHI directors and volunteers will be identified to provide and d

isseminate resource materials. They will serve as local contacts to provide information throughout NJ
• NJHI will work with the Rutgers Agricultural Experiment Station, 4-H, Rutgers Equine Science Center, veterinary community and other entities to increase the awareness and utilization of the extensive resources available to horse owners and enthusiasts
