The objective of The Liberated Self is to disrupt and dismantle the psychological chaos of oppression. Inside this three day seminar, you will distinguish how the Culture of White Supremacy has impacted your life experiences and shaped the relationship you have to your Self and the world.

This will be distinguished, as we explore, unpack and process your narrative, which will be contextualized as an expression of "The Oppressed Self." Once you distinguish "The Oppressed Self," you will be taken through a process of creating a new narrative, which will be an expression of "The Liberated Self," grounded in the commitment(s) you have for yourself and your life. In other words, you will be provided with an opportunity to transcend oppression and reclaim your power. The intention of this process is to cause a shift in your way of being that will compel you to become the best version of yourself.
