Hello again friends!

We hope you had a restful and joyous Summer. September has arrived and soon the crisp cool air, colorful leaves and pumpkin overload will be knocking at our doors. Kids are preparing or have already begun their journey into a new school year. Harmony FSC wants to remind you we offer resources that might aid you and your child(ren) in making this a successful year!

We want to announce that Harmony FSC has relocated to 127 Livingston Ave. New Brunswick 08901. We are still in the process of moving in and will not be officially working out of the new office for another few days. You can still contact us at 732-640-0817 or at [email protected] while we work remotely.

We are still offering virtual programming, and soon we will be back to in-person services. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing you in our new home, very soon!

Esperamos que hayan disfrutado de un verano reparador y alegre. Ha llegado septiembre y pronto el aire fresco, las hojas coloridas y la abundancia de calabazas llamarán a nuestras puertas. Los niños se están preparando o ya han comenzado su camino en un nuevo año escolar. ¡Harmony FSC quiere recordarles que ofrecemos recursos que pueden ayudarles a ustedes y a sus hijos a tener un año exitoso!

The Adolescent Housing Hub (AHH or the Hub) is a real-time database designed to assist youth with placement in a transitional or permanent housing program.

AHH is managed by the Office of Housing under the Department of Children and Families. AHH services are available to eligible homeless youth, youth at risk for homelessness, and youth aging out of the child welfare system, ages 18 – 21 years.
