🇺🇸 NJIHC Presents The Crossing Musical at Our 2026 Annual Congress! 🇮🇹

🌟As part of this year’s NJIHC Annual Congress, “Celebrating the 250th Anniversary of American Independence: The Italian Influence & Legacy,” we are proud to present a special performance from The Crossing a sweeping new American musical that reimagines George Washington’s historic Crossing of the Delaware through the diverse and often overlooked voices of the Continental Army.

Through music, storytelling, and history, The Crossing brings a deeply human perspective to the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of the ordinary people whose choices helped shape our nation. 🇺🇸

Italian Heritage Month in October offers an opportunity to explore the history, culture, and contributions of Italians and Italian Americans. Learning about this heritage in New Jersey classrooms and communities deepens our understanding of the people and traditions that have shaped our state and nation. We encourage educators and the public to discover and share these stories throughout the month.
