Happy Italian-American Heritage Month!
This October, we celebrate the rich history, culture, and contributions of Italian Americans who have helped shape New Britain into the vibrant community we know today.
From generations of hardworking families and local business owners to the traditions, food, and strong sense of community that continue to thrive, our Italian-American residents have left a lasting mark on our city's history and identity.
We are proud to honor their heritage, celebrate their accomplishments, and recognize the important role they continue to play in New Britain's story.
Join us on Thursday, October 22 at 11:00 AM in Central Park for the raising of the Italian flag in celebration of Italian-American Heritage Month
Buon Mese del Patrimonio Italiano-Americano!
