The transition to college is one of life's most formative moments. As young adults leave familiar surroundings and step into new communities, the presence of a parish family, caring mentors, and a strong Orthodox campus fellowship can provide encouragement, stability, and a sense of belonging.

To support and uplift our students, the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the USA has designated Sunday, August 23, 2026, as College Student Sunday. Parishes are encouraged to pray for their students, celebrate recent graduates, and welcome those beginning or continuing their college journey, reminding them that the Church remains their home wherever they go.
