If you feel invisible in your hard season, you are not.

Hagar was pregnant, rejected, displaced, and sitting in a wilderness she never planned for.

But Genesis 16 says something powerful:

God found her there.

Not after she got herself together.
Not after the wilderness ended.
Not after everything made sense.

He saw her IN IT.

And Hagar gave God a name born from her encounter:

EL ROI. The God Who Sees Me.

Some seasons will make you question whether anybody sees the weight you are carrying.

God does.

He sees the tears you never explained.
He sees the battles you fought quietly.
He sees the strength it took just to keep going.

You may feel overlooked by people, but you have never been out of God’s sight.

The wilderness did not hide Hagar from God.

And this season has not hidden you either.

“You are the God who sees me.”
Genesis 16:13
