No matter your age, identity, or situation, you deserve a supportive space. All of our services are free and confidential, and include information and referrals, short term counseling, and prevention education. You can access these empowerment based services or immediate crisis assistance and support through our 24/Hour statewide hotline:

We are one of nine centers across Connecticut responding to the territory of Hartford County, part of Tolland County and the town of Plymouth (encompassing 43 towns). These services are critical after such trauma, helping survivors and their families navigate the aftermath of a traumatic event and act as a transitional mental health support in a time of crisis. Some more information about our service offerings:

- 24-hour English and Spanish confidential hotlines with immediate access to trained, certified counselors
- Bilingual, LGBTQ+, youth, campus, and/or men and boys specific services available (sign language interpreters available upon request)
- Short-term, individual crisis counseling
- Transitional mental health services
- Support groups (see our events tab, these change regularly!)
- In-school individual advocate counseling (youth may call the hotline or be referred by school faculty or parent/guardian)
- Accompaniment throughout medical, police, and/or court procedures
- Information and referrals
- K-12 Prevention education programs in accordance with state mandates
- Professional development opportunities (including presentations for educational professionals, social service organizations, etc.)
- Community education
- Volunteer opportunities: State Certified Counselor training
