The New Britain Quartette Club is a non-profit organization. It's a place where its members can come together to socialize & attend events. Club sponsored events include a broad range of activities from themed dinners & parties, to sporting tournaments, games and clubs. Many non-profit organizations & charities are supported by members of The Quartette Club. The Quartette Club (then called the "Qu

artet Club") was founded in 1891 as a German singing society. In the 1930s, there were three German singing societies in the City of New Britain; The Maennerchor, the Donau Society and the Quartette Club. They would routinely sing in competition with each other, and with other singing groups in New England and New York. It has since evolved into a social & charitable club with members throughout Connecticut. The Quartette Club looks to the future while preserving its history and tradition.
