Back-to-School Ready!

Back to school is in full swing, and we’ve got some of your school essentials covered! Stop by the Klingberg Family Centers' table this Tuesday, say hello, and pick up your back-to-school supply kit (while supplies last).

Klingberg Family Centers will be hosting The Connecticut Humane Society’s Pet Food Pantry Program on Thursday, September 17th.

The Society provides cat and dog food to pet owners on a monthly basis for families that may be struggling and trying to get back on their feet. The goal of the program is to help keep pets in their homes and out of shelters.

Appointments are required.

Back-to-school season is all about community!

In partnership with the Greater New Britain Community Collaborative, Klingberg Family Centers and our Outpatient Clinic (OPC) staff opened our doors to local families and helped students get ready for a successful school year by giving away backpacks filled with school essentials!

We’re grateful to be part of a community that comes together to support children, families, and students. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible!

The event will be held Tuesday, August 18th from 4 to 6 p.m. While no registration is needed, we are on a first come, first served basis until supplies run out.
