I love today's card from Cats against anxiety! I was just saying yesterday my workspace has gotten too messy. Today I will tackle the mess with purpose.

"Get organized. Take 30 minutes today to declutter and organize your work area. Think about each object you pick up and focus on your senses. How does it feel on your hand as you pick it up? Enjoy the process. "

National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) is underway! This year’s theme, "Celebrating Value and Talent," reminds us of what makes CW special: our people.

Today I want to highlight Xio. This young woman is one of the individuals that makes our mission come to life. She comes to work every day with a smile. Xio works at CW Linens and is a valuable member of an absolutely wonderful team. Xio joined us at our annual meeting this year to talk about how import the work is to her and her coworkers. Thank you to the waterfordhotelgroup.com for supporting our mission and providing more hours for our employees.
The first picture is Xio speaking, the next is a picture with National Program Manager, Derek Corcoran and President & CEO Bill Green.

Breast cancer affects millions of individuals and families, and awareness starts with understanding the facts. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, take a moment to learn more about the impact of breast cancer and why early detection matters.
💗 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
💗 Breast cancer can affect men, too, although it is much less common.
💗 When breast cancer is found early and is still localized, the 5-year relative survival rate is over 99%.
💗 More than 4 million breast cancer survivors are living in the United States today.
Knowing the facts can encourage us to pay attention to our health, understand our individual risk, and have important conversations with our healthcare providers.
Awareness is more than wearing pink—it's about staying informed and taking action. 🎀

I was given this wonderful deck of cards called Cats Against Anxiety. Today's card is a fun one. "Say thank you" Think of someone you know who has made your life better in a meaningful way. Let them know that you are grateful for them. This can be in person, by phone or a simple text.
