Canada is poised to lose what minimal rights to own a handgun. Our own president is out calling for a ban of so called, "high caliber" ammunition and fi****ms which use 9mm.

We have witnessed just this year bans of 80% polymer build kits and as of August we will see the ban essentially of AR/AK pistols. Now the most common handgun caliber is in the crosshairs in some fashion.

Knowing that the 2nd Amendment is our safeguard against tyranny and foreign invasion we are faced with the known threat that our own government wants to disarm the population. It is time for everyone to get wise on this issue and become engaged politically to save our rights, regardless of if you currently exercise these rights.

Your American liberties hinge upon your ability to reject tyranny in all its forms, peaceably and fervently.

Yes...I've heard this a time or ten. After having an experience where multiple tornadoes took out power for a few days and realizing that I as well as everyone I knew (except for friends who belonged to the LDS/Mormon faith) had no real preparations for emergencies, did I determine that....

"I'm never again going be in a position which could lead me to being unable to provide for my family."

There will always be people who ignore all the signs and warning, but I'm got to do my best to keep situational awareness of my environment. Then make sure I had resources to buy me the time I need to make sound decisions in difficult times.
