Annually, approximately 1.5 million children experience homelessness in the United States. For many families, the loss of housing due to eviction is the turning point. With the right support, resources, and community partnerships, these crises can often be prevented.

Family Promise works alongside families to provide housing assistance, stability, and hope when it matters most.

💜 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — HELP US FEED CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD! 💜

Family Promise of Greater New Braunfels is excited to partner with Tree of Life Church for the 2nd Annual Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) MobilePack right here in New Braunfels!

📅 Thursday, November 5
⏰ 6:00–8:00 PM (Volunteers may arrive as early as 5:30 PM for check-in.)
📍 Sysco Warehouse | 1260 Schwab Rd., New Braunfels, TX 78130

Would you consider giving just two hours of your time to make a difference in the lives of children in need?

Invite your friends, family, coworkers, church family, or small group and come serve alongside us! Together, we will hand-pack MannaPack® meals that provide vital nourishment to children around the world. Every meal we pack represents hope, compassion, and the incredible impact we can make when a community comes together to serve.

Feed My Starving Children is a nonprofit organization that takes no government funding, and the food components used to create these meals are purchased through generous donations. Together, we have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus, sharing His love in a tangible way with children across the world. 💜

Volunteers ages 5+ are welcome!

Family homelessness does not always look the way people expect.

Families may be staying with people they know, living in motels, sleeping in cars, or moving between temporary situations. Because these experiences are often hidden, family homelessness can go unseen in our community.

🚐 Help Us Expand Opportunities for More Kids!

Today during The Big Give, we're sharing a look at a bus that could transform our programs and help us serve even more children in our community.

Right now, our small shuttle vehicle limits how many students we can transport for our Summer Enrichment and Afterschool Programs. With a larger bus, we could safely transport more children, create additional program space, and ensure more students have access to educational, recreational, and enrichment opportunities.

Every gift made today helps move us one step closer to providing greater access, bigger opportunities, and brighter futures for our kids. Our goal is to fill that gap where families aren’t able to afford childcare which can lead to financial problems!
