Congratulations to Volunteers in Medicine on being selected as a 2026 NB Women GO grant recipient!

We’re proud to support the purchase of a new colposcope, helping expand access to critical healthcare services for uninsured women in our community. A special thank you to the anonymous member whose additional gift made it possible to order this vital equipment immediately.

Together, we’re creating lasting impact right here at home. 💙

We are so thankful for NB Women GO and their $10,000 grant supporting the purchase of a new colposcope for Volunteers in Medicine. This vital equipment helps providers detect and diagnose cervical cancer and other serious health concerns earlier — expanding access to critical care for uninsured women in our community.

A special thank you to the anonymous NB Women Go member whose additional $1,625 gift completed the funding needed to order the equipment immediately.

Because of your amazing $10,000 grant award, we will be able to purchase a shuttle vehicle for families staying in our emergency shelter. This vehicle will help parents get to work, attend important appointments, access resources, and continue moving forward on their journey toward stability and independence. 🚐💫
