For families caring for a loved one with dementia, knowing when hospice is appropriate can be hard to see. The decline is gradual — and so is the moment it becomes the right fit.

Some signs it may be time to call:
✔ Significant weight loss or trouble swallowing
✔ Recurring infections
✔ No longer able to walk or recognize family
✔ Spending most of the day in bed

We offer free in-home assessments and will always give you an honest answer.

The Hope Hospice Foundation 💚 is honored to have been chosen as one of the Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels grant awards recipients. Because of their dedication and fundraising efforts they were able to award $361,498 in grants to local organizations throughout our community.

We are deeply grateful for their generosity and support to strengthening our community. Your commitment to the mission of Hope will help provide resources and assistance to local Veterans, and their families ensuring they receive the care, dignity, and support they deserve.
