Announcing our 2nd Water Workshop!
Without question, water continues to be a critical concern for the residents of Comal County. I am looking forward to the presentations by the leadership of the Comal Trinity GCD, the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority (GBRA), New Braunfels Utilities and The Texas Water Company of whom will provide facts and valuable insight related to our vital water supply.
If you will not be able to attend in person, you can watch the meeting here: https://www.comalcounty.gov/175/Agendas - just click on the video tab on April 16th! See you there!

“Despite decades of active paleontology research in the area, fossils from this period had not been found in Central Texas.
“This site is showing us something different, and that’s really important because of all the work that’s been done in this region,” Moretti said. “If it is interglacial in age, it’s a new window into the past and into a landscape, environment and animal community that we haven’t observed in this part of Texas before.”
