New Braunfels Veterans Memorial Park

New Braunfels Veterans Memorial Park A place where those who made the ultimate sacrifice will be honored. And a place where those who served will never be forgotten.

The City of New Braunfels, Veterans Memorial Committee, and the New Braunfels Parks Foundation recognize that our community is comprised of many unsung heroes, including the brave men and women who gave everything to protect and serve our great country. The Veterans Memorial Committee envisions a memorial, located at the corner of Walnut Avenue and San Antonio Street, for those men and women from

Comal and Guadalupe Counties who were killed in action (KIA) or missing in action (MIA), from WWI to present. These heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice will have their names inscribed for all to see and honor within the refection chamber of the memorial. Also, the memorial will feature service flags of all of the military branches for those who have served so that they may also have a place in the community where they are remembered and never forgotten.
