Otto's Cheese Shop co-owners Bob & Rachel Pineda will be joining us at this year's Book & Author Luncheon to talk about their book, The Texas Cheese Trail! 🧀

The couple tasted their way through 11 creameries outlining the origins of cheeses made throughout the Lone Star State, and each chapter features the story of one cheesemaker as the Pinedas explore who they are, what makes their products and processes unique, and the traditions they hold dear.
