Why We Feed Raw 🥩🐾
People always ask what raw feeding looks like at our house. The truth? It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be consistent.
Tonight is a great example. We forgot to pull an extra chub out of the freezer, so dinner became a little “let’s make it work” feast. 😅
Tonight’s menu included:
🥩 Midwest Legacy High Energy
🐄 Green Tripe
🐟 Freeze-Dried Sardines
🦆 Carna4 Duck
🥚 Farm-fresh egg (shell included!)
And for supplements:
✨ Native Pet Colostrum
✨ YumWoof Perfect Dog Food Mix
✨ Happy Dingo Dental Powder
The senior crew, Max & Biggie, got a few extras tailored to them, while the youngsters, Whiskey & Brandi, got their Ranch Remedy HCG.
Then, because apparently dinner wasn’t enough, everyone enjoyed an after-dinner snack of RGV Freeze-Dried Quail. 🐦😂
Raw feeding isn’t about building the perfect bowl every single day. It’s about consistently providing fresh food, variety, and species-appropriate nutrition over time.
Some nights are carefully planned. Some nights are a scavenger hunt through the freezer and supplement cabinet.
The dogs don’t seem to mind either way. 🐾
Bowls were spotless. Quail was demolished. Tails were wagging.
That’s what success looks like at our house. ❤️🐕🐕🐕🐕
