** Do not get scammed!! The ONLY way to get tickets is through the Humanitix link! Anyone selling or saying they can transfer tickets in the comment section are scammers! If the Humanitix links says SOLD OUT, then we are sold out and have no tickets left to sell!
Tonight is the night!!! Just a few reminders:
What to wear: Some come after work and are business casual, some wear jeans, and some dress up. It may get cold in the room so bringing a sweater/cardigan may not be a bad idea.
We highly encourage bringing cash for faster lines. We will have credit card readers as well. Items for purchase the night of the event:
$2 Daubers (you may bring your own or we will have free highlighters as well)
$5 extra individual bingo card for a specific game
$25 any 10 extra bingo cards
$50 extra full set of bingo cards or any 20 individual bingo cards
$20 Louis Vuitton Raffle ticket
$20 Arm Stretch Raffle tickets
Kendra Scott Table- Kendra Scott will be there selling merchandise. Portion of the proceeds will go to The Malcolm Brown Foundation
Cash Bar- you will receive 2 free drink tickets for b**r or w**e & there is tea & water available for free as well. Additional drinks available for purchase.
Parking- We highly encourage carpooling. There are 2 free lots behind the Civic Center (Castell Parking & West Garden Street Parking). If you choose to park elsewhere or these lots are full, please make sure you scan the QR code to pay for parking if there is a sign. They will ticket/and or tow in paid parking spots/lots. Attachment below showing locations of free parking lots.
Seating- there are reserved sponsor tables and Open Seating tables. If you are general admission or don't have a reserved table, there are Open Seating tables that will have signs in the back. Diagram of seating attached below.
Doors open for VIP sponsors at 5:45pm, General Admission Doors open at 6:15pm. Opening announcements will start at 7:00pm with Bingo starting right after. Everyone will need a ticket to enter the room and tickets will not be sold at the door.
