We recently had the privilege of celebrating 14 outstanding students as they graduated from our second Texas FAME Lone Star Chapter cohort.

This milestone represents countless hours of hard work, hands-on learning, and professional growth. Through the Texas FAME program, these graduates have gained valuable technical skills, real-world experience, and the foundation for successful careers in advanced manufacturing.

We are proud of each graduate and grateful to the employer partners, instructors, mentors, and supporters who helped make this achievement possible. Your commitment to developing the next generation of skilled talent is making a lasting impact.

Day 2 at the FAME National Conference in Jacksonville, Florida!

The Lone Star FAME Chapter is proud to join chapters from across the country to collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen the future of advanced manufacturing workforce development. Opportunities like this allow us to learn from one another, celebrate successes, and continue building pathways for the next generation of skilled professionals.

🌶️🔥 The TX FAME Chili Cook-Off is heating up! 🔥🌶️

We’re having a great time at the TX FAME Lone Star Chapter Open House & Chili Cook-Off at TSTC in New Braunfels! The chili is delicious, the conversations are flowing, and it’s been great connecting with students, educators, employers, and community partners about careers in advanced manufacturing.

There’s still about an hour and fifteen minutes left, so if you’re nearby, come join us! Stop by to enjoy some chili, learn more about the TX FAME AMT program, and see how this innovative workforce model is creating real career pathways.

Cohort 3 absolutely nailed it today at the Safety Commitment Ceremony. Each AMT chooses their own safety commitment to use as their personal introduction. Hearing the “why” behind their commitment choices is what truly drives this home.
