Before we begin our fundraising for 2026 we would like to thank all for your support in 2025!
We are starting our planning on Feb 5th at 6 pm at the church with our annual church meeting. This is when we will start organizing our committees.
Plans this year will be focusing on fixing a structure problem on the steeple, replacing some boards. Any donations are welcomed by making checks out to the New Braintree Congregational Church.
There are under 10 members that run the operations of this beautiful building on the hill.
They use their time, usually donate what is purchased for the fundraisers and organize set up, buying, cooking, serving and clean up.
Please....we are getting tired and need any help we can get. New ideas on how to make the money for repairs, maintenance, insurance, phone, electricity inspections and heat.
If you are reading this then we know you care and we thank you for your support in the past, the present and we look forward to another successful year with your help

Picture from a prior year but one can expect the same this year on Dec. 6 at the Xmas in New Braintree festivities. Let us do your holiday baking...buy, package and freeze while supporting our beautiful building on the hill. Proceeds go towards heat, electricity and upkeep of this building.
Stop and have a quick meal at our Cafe table while visiting friends and neighbors.

See you on Saturday!!

The 60+ holiday meal that was held on Nov. 15th was again a great success. It's a great community event that is free for New Braintree residents over 60 every November. Grants are given to the COA to do this for our residents. They hire the New Braintree church to prepare and serve the meal. It's a win win situation.
The Penny Sale held afterwards is all donations that have been donated to the church and proceeds go to maintain the church building.
Thank you for your support in making this a successful community event. It was 50% eat in in and 50% take out. It would be so much nicer to see more residents take advantage of this social event. If you are a shut in or sick we'll arrange delivery. Need a ride let COA know?
Otherwise we would love to see you at these social events.
AGAIN....THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Quick reminder...Dec. 6th please stop and buy your Christmas homemade cookies at the Christmas in New Braintree held in the Town Hall.
While visiting the craft fair stay for lunch at our Cafe. Hotdogs, chili, sandwiches and hamburgers. Invite a friend for lunch and do some "people watching" while enjoying a nice lunch.
What's your favorite cookie that is a definite for the holidays? Any suggestions?
