Congratulations to one of our Rotarians, Linda Staunch, for receiving this honor!

Longtime New Bern community leader Linda J. Staunch has received North Carolina's highest civilian honor, the Order of the Long Leaf Pine.

Staunch was surprised with the award during the North Carolina Symphony's Concert in Your Community Patriotic Pops event celebrating America 250 in New Bern. Former Gov. Beverly Perdue presented the award.

The Order of the Long Leaf Pine recognizes individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary service and dedication to the state of North Carolina, according to a release.

Did you know that MERCI Clinic is now open on Thursday evenings? 🌙 We’re proud to offer late afternoon and evening appointments to better serve our community.

Today has been an especially eventful day at MERCI Clinic! Huge thanks to the The Rotary Club of New Bernary Club of New Bern for completing much-needed pruning and grounds cleanup—our campus looks wonderful! 🌿

We are also grateful to the nurses from CarolinaEast Health Systemt Health System for donating reading glasses for our patients. 👓

A special thank-you to the generous donors whose financial support made it possible to provide meals for our staff and volunteers, helping keep everyone energized as we care for patients into the evening. 🍽️💙

We are thankful for partners and donors who help us care for our community—day and night!

Service Above Self in Action! ⚙️

A huge thank you to our friends at The Rotary Club of New Bern for stopping by yesterday! We are so grateful for their generous donation, but even more touched that they took the time to deliver it in person.

In a world of digital transfers and mail-ins, that personal connection reminds us why we love our community so much. This support helps us continue our mission, fueled by the same "Service Above Self" spirit the Rotary embodies every day.

Congratulations to The Epiphany School of Global Studies and their coach, one of our own, David Wang!

Epiphany School goes back-to-back!

The Falcons dominated the podium, winning three events out of 11 and having 10 top-three finishers on the day.

They finished 126 points ahead of runner-up University Christian to claim the NCISAA Division-III crown.
