Every child gets a chance to GRIND, GAIN, & GROW 🗣️ When it's your turn, will you WORK or SLACK? One on one individual development towards our YOUTH is my PASSION! They love the game that I love, they go hard and want it, and IT MAKES ME WANT IT FOR THEM EVEN MORE 🔥 Watch these kids as they grow and develop to be great players but most importantly great overall individuals in the classroom and in life 💪🏿 💯

4th Training Session of the day and it was with this future lady bear heading to the 9th Grade New Bern High School Forward Etoriana Matthews 💪🏿 Today she got better on her handles, starting to get the hang of it and starting to dribble the ball more comfortablely than before!! Also, we worked on form shooting, conditioning, and her attack to the basket particularly her left hand because she needs to get better laying the ball up with her left 👌🏿 THAT'S WHY WE WORKING, WATCH HER WORK AND GROW 🗣️ 💯

Yesterday's Women's Fitness Session was intense and hard going over new exercises that's going to help these ladies get in better shape and tone up 💪🏿 Rena Coward and Christina Coward did an awesome job doing the new exercises and getting through a hard intense 30 minutes workout with no water breaks 👌🏿 These ladies go hard and it's just the beginning!! WATCH THEM WORK 🗣️ 💯
