Friends of Craven County Sheriff's Office The specific purpose of FOCCSO is to support the CCSO by providing funding to purchase necessities, and assist with community education. Thank you.

This includes both APS and the K9 Unit. 1- About us:
The Specific Purpose of FOCCSO, (Non-profit 501C3), is to support the Craven County Sheriff's Office by providing funds to purchase equipment, necessities, programs and projects not fully funded or budgeted by Craven County to include Animal Protective Services and the K-9 Program. The FOCCSO Board of Directors and members purpose is to promote

community involvement in support of newly enacted law enforcement programs consisting of both the K-9 Unit and Animal Protective Services. Public education and safety with the enhancement of these services is beneficial to the success of crime prevention in Craven County. These objectives will be carried out through events and fund raising, networking and donations from both the public and private sectors. FOCCSO will provide financial assistance for programs and equipment in furtherance of the FOCCSO purpose and enhance the ability of the Sheriff's Office employees to work more safely and effectively. Visit the gorgeous Battlefield Park.. Walk your dog on the trails for $5. All proceeds support Friends of Craven County Sheriff's Office... our 501 (3) (c) helps pay for equipment and training for our K9s and handlers, as well as Emergency Veterinarian Care for injured and neglected animals through our Animal Protective Services partners. Come see at from 10AM - 2PM New Bern Civil War Battlefield Park, 300 Battlefield Trail, New Bern.
