Since our last posting had so many questions in the comments thought we might address them Since the questions keeps coming up, here it is plain.

Shot Gun LEMC is a Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. That is not a style, it is what we are. Active duty and retired law enforcement first, alongside, active duty and retired military, and first responders. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

We don’t claim anything we haven’t earned. We don’t pretend to be something we’re not. We’ve never asked anyone to believe we’re anything other than exactly what’s on our backs.

What we are is a brotherhood. Men who carried a badge, answered a radio, or stood a post, and who found each other on two wheels afterward. We ride together, we show up for each other, and we show up for our communities.

If that’s not for you, ride your own ride. No hard feelings and no argument from us.

We’ll be out here either way.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kentucky State police family as well as all of Trooper Phillips family and friends during this time.

Rest in peace brother, we have the watch.

TROOPER’S FINAL PATROL: NEVER FORGET TROOPER HAYDEN PHILLIPS - Our hearts and prayers are with the Phillips family. What began as another day of duty on a Kentucky highway ended in heartbreak for a family and a law-enforcement community.

Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Phillips was fatally shot while patrolling Interstate 65 in Warren County on Monday, September 28, 2026, according to Kentucky State Police. He was assigned to Post 3 in Bowling Green and joined the Kentucky State Police in 2023.

Phillips was more than a man in uniform. He was a husband, a father and a son — a man whose family expected him to return home after another day of protecting others.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear described Phillips as a devoted husband and loving father of three children, as tributes began pouring in following his death.

Kentucky State Police Commissioner Phillip Burnett Jr. said Phillips’ dedication to duty and commitment to the Commonwealth would not be forgotten | 🇺🇸⚫️🔵⚫️🇺🇸

Twenty-five years.

2,977 people never made it home that morning. Among them, 343 FDNY firefighters, 37 Port Authority police officers, and 23 NYPD officers who went up the stairs while everyone else was coming down.

In the years since, hundreds more responders have died from illnesses tied to the pile. The toll didn't stop on September 12th, and neither did the duty.

We don't post this for likes. We post it because a generation is now old enough to vote who wasn't alive to see it, and remembering is the job of those who were.

To the families who still carry an empty chair, and to every brother and sister who answered that call: we have not forgotten.

Once again chapters were able to come together organized with the help of his amazing wife to have a surprise celebration for Galahad’s birthday.

To a man the always thinks of himself last and truly lives up to the name Galahad we love you brother, happy birthday and thank you to all that came out to celebrate with us and spend time together as a family.

Six years strong. 🖤

New Bern celebrated our 6th anniversary this weekend with the brothers, brutal heat, and a whole lot of steel in the driveway. Hot as it was, nobody was going anywhere.

Big things happened today:

Congratulations to Galahad on receiving his 5 Year Pin. Five years of showing up, standing tall, and putting in the work for this chapter. Respect, brother.

Congratulations to Rooster on his promotion to Enforcer. Earned it, plain and simple.

And a welcome to our newest Prospect. Keep your head down and your ears open. The road starts now.

Six years of brotherhood, and we’re just getting started.

Took the boys down to Beaufort today and the coast did not disappoint. Perfect weather, waterfront views, full bellies, and a solid crew rolling deep through downtown.

Nothing beats time in the wind with your brothers. Big thanks to everyone who made the run.
