Elections are coming for local government and state with early voting kicking off for the City of New Bern April 28 and voting day being on May 17. May 17 will also serve as primaries for partisan seats. Make sure you get out and VOTE!!

With voting day being so close, don’t miss the community forum at Henderson Park this Saturday at 11am!! Let’s get to know our candidates!!

The unprecedented delay is officially over and now residents in New Bern and Craven County know who will be on the ballot for the upcoming 2022 Primary Election in May.

It only takes 2 Aldermen to request we be on the agenda. More than 6 months since we asked and NBPA isn’t on the agenda to present the diversity plan needed. Why??

Two aldermen are speaking out against New Bern's hiring practices after the board of aldermen met in closed session to hire a finance director.

For those who wonder where this stands, we are still moving forward. We will be meeting with city officials again and are hopeful we can present to the full board of Aldermen. We only need 2 to request we be put on the agenda to make this happen. Let’s work!!
