To inform families about the things happening at our school The general monthly meetings are open to all those wishing to attend.

The purpose of the Poplar Creek PTO is to promote the best interest of students through improved Parent/Teacher communication and by promoting a better understanding among school board members, teachers, parents, guardians and administrators; to raise funds to be used to benefit the students and faculty of the school. The membership of this organization consists of parents and guardians of children attending the school and the faculty/staff members.

Join us Monday, August 31 at 6 PM as we cover the sidewalks at Poplar Creek with colorful drawings, encouraging messages, and plenty of Coyote spirit! 🐺✨

We’re gearing up to celebrate our amazing Poplar Creek staff, and there are a few ways our families and community can help make Staff Appreciation extra special! 🎉

📚☕ 1. Donate Books & Mugs
We’re collecting book and mug donations for an upcoming staff appreciation surprise! Check out the flyer for details on what we need and how to donate.

We’re planning meals for our staff and could use a few extra hands with setup, monitoring, and cleanup. Even a little bit of your time makes a big difference!
