The The New Berlin Trap and Sportsman's Club is a conservation club located at 18200 West Cleveland Avenue in New Berlin, Wisconsin. (Just west of Poplar Creek Church) The club consists of 28 acres of woodlands which include a trap and archery field range, club house, and an outdoor pavilion. New Berlin Trap and Sportsman's Club is a non-profit organization, dedicated to the promotion, education a

nd enjoyment of archery, hunting, shooting, and fishing with a broad conservation focus. History

MCC was founded in 1929 and incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1937. Originally MCC was started to promote the then popular sport of target casting and has played host to a number of national events. In recent years, the club has taken on a broad conservation focus encompassing fishing, hunting, archery, and trap shooting along with educational activities related to these sports. The club is a family oriented organization and most activities are open to spouses and children.

Congratulations to our own club member on a well deserved retirement

10-42 - "Today we celebrate you and your 28 years of dedication to law enforcement, which started back in 1997 when you were hired at the City of Brookfield PD where you served and accomplished many different roles, ranging from patrol, to D.A.R.E officer to F.T.O., to DAAT instructor, and even guest starred as an auxiliary dispatcher for a short time. Furthermore you were assigned to the Metro drug unit, the SWAT Team and were a part of the original SCIT merger where you served as a sniper and received the top gun award for your class. You received numerous letters of well deserved thanks and recognition, received the meritorious service award for an active shooter incident, and received a letter of commendation for actions taken at a school dance performing CPR and coordinating medical care that saved a student's life. Perhaps the most rewarding and valuable contribution to the community was having the distinction of serving as one of Brookfield's first two school resource officers in 2019. To say that you have done an outstanding job in this role is an understatement. Your selfless commitment and devotion to taking on the responsibility of providing a safe learning environment and school safety will forever be embedded in the hearts and minds of the many students you mentored. You never ever gave up on those students and for that the families and community are forever grateful. You have earned the deep respect of your coworkers and community and can be so very proud of all of your accomplishments. You are a true role model, and we are all honored to have worked with you. May God bless you and your family as you embark on your new path in life. Congratulations on a well deserved retirement.
