LAST WEDNESDAY’S MESSAGE NOTES!

When you don’t see it…KEEP GOING!

Breakthrough often starts below the surface before it becomes visible above the surface.

The Chinese Bamboo Tree stays below ground for 5 years, growing deep roots before is sprouts and grows to 80ft in just 6 weeks!

Galatians 6:9 (AMP)
“Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in.”

1. God’s Working Before You See It

So just because you can’t see it yet, doesn’t mean God isn’t up to something!

2. Have Faith While You Wait

Your faith in God isn’t proven when your breakthrough arrives. Your faith is proven while you wait for your breakthrough!

Hebrews 11:1 (NKJV)
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Your faith is like the root system of the bamboo tree!
It’s unseen but without it, there is no miraculous, future “80ft” growth!

Faith in who God is gives us hope, and makes us sure, that what was promised will come to pass!

3. Quitting Will Cost You

With the bamboo tree, whoever planted it, must continue to water the seed. They must continue to take care of the seed. Not for five days. Not for five weeks. Not for five months. But for FIVE YEARS!

It can get hard to KEEP GOING when we don’t see anything happening!

But I f you quit now, the work you have done, has been wasted! If you quit now, the energy and effort you put in has been for nothing!

If you quit watering before the 5 year period is up, you miss out on the 80ft growth!
And in Galatians it says, if you don’t quit, you will reap!
Reap means to receive as a consequence of actions!

Because you trusted that God is working before you see it, and you put your faith in Him while you wait, and because you won’t quit, you will eventually receive, at the proper time, what you have been waiting for!

The temptation is to quit during invisible seasons, but I want to encourage you to…KEEP GOING!

KEEP GOING!

This a series about not stopping before God finishes what He’s started!

Many people would like to see breakthrough happen in their lives, but very few people stay faithful long enough to experience it!

Breakthrough comes when we keep praying, keep obeying, keep trusting, keep showing up, keep moving, and just KEEP GOING!
